Most blog platforms use WYSIWYG. Try WordPress.

Thank you. I would suggest starting with your own self hosted WordPress site. You can get your own domain name and hosting is relatively inexpensive. There are plenty of free or inexpensive templates for WordPress. GoDaddy is a good place to start. I am a GoDaddy reseller and have never had problems with them.
